Definitions:
- We are not a private labeler as herein defined; Private Labeler, a company offering an off shelf stock formulary shared by multiple customers.
- We are a contract packager as herein defined; Contract Packager, a company whose clients may, or may not hold title to their formulas, but in any case, each client has their own exclusive stable of formulas shared with no other party.
