We compound in six steam jacketed process tanks with widely ranging capacities from as small as 200 lbs up to 5.6 metric tons. We produce liquids, creams and pastes ranging in viscosity from heavy kaolin masques and toothpaste to lighter than water styling sprays. We have three automated filling lines with a selection of filling machines interchangeable on those lines. Our plant operates on a 10 hour, four day work week allowing for an additional two day capacity when the need arises. Our 15,000 sq. ft. facility is owned by us and operates within approved FDA cGMP guidelines. An expansion facility of an additional 7,000 sq. ft. adjacent to our existing building has been approved for construction this year. This will provide additional storage capacity and allow us to expand our factory floor as well.

We accept and are currently producing from a minimum order of 1,250 units to one of 200,000 units though there is no set upper limit. The combined theoretical filling capacity of our lines as currently configured is 180,000 units per 40 hour work week. Our liquid compounding capacity far exceeds our filling capacity at this time. However with minimal adjustments we can easily increase our weekly capacity by one third to a quarter million units per week.
