We are a custom cosmetic & personal care contract research, manufacturing and packaging facility. We develop, produce and package formulated products tailored to the desires and specifications of our clients. Our production formulary encompasses an extensive range of skin, face, body, hair care and specialty product sold under the proprietary brand names of our clients. Of the 200 plus formulas we currently produce, nowhere will our name appear on either the packaging or product support materials. Our role is that of a silent and technical support partner to our clients. Our goals are closely aligned with theirs, since it is their successes which ultimately forms ours.

Many steps are involved in bringing product to market. At Cosmetic Development Systems (CDS), bringing your concepts and ideas to "market ready status" is our mission. "The Program" involves key steps necessary in achieving market ready status.
